Who we are
AIsier Inc. is a Delaware, USA corporation that builds AI-integrated web and mobile apps. Our registered address is 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Privacy questions and requests: privacy@aisier.ai.
What this policy covers
This is the company-wide policy. It covers this website (aisier.ai) and the principles that apply to every product we ship. Each product also publishes its own detailed policy that lists exactly what that product collects and why. Today that is one product:

This website
- aisier.ai is a static informational site. It has no accounts, no forms and no cookies.
- We run no analytics scripts and no third-party trackers on it, and it loads nothing from other companies: even the web font is served by this website itself.
- Its standard access logs (IP address, browser, the page that sent you there, the page you opened and the time) are kept for 90 days; we use them for security and to count how many people visit, from which country and website, and which pages they read. The country is worked out from the IP address on our server and only the totals are kept; we never use the logs to identify you or to build a profile.
- If you e-mail us, we keep the conversation for as long as it takes to answer you and for our records afterwards.
Principles that apply to every AIsier app
- Only what a feature needs. Every piece of data we ask for exists to make a specific feature work, never to build an advertising profile.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
- No trackers. Our apps contain no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics SDKs, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- AI providers see the task, not you. When a feature uses a large language model, we send only the data that feature needs (for example market data, the composition of a portfolio or a question you type) and never add your account e-mail address, credentials or payment details. Text you type yourself is sent as you wrote it. We do not use your data to train AI models.
- You can leave. Every app lets you delete your account and all associated data from within the app, immediately and permanently. Every app lets you export your data.
Product summary: AIsier Investment Assistant
The full policy is at aisierinvest.com/privacy.html. In short, the app collects:
- Account data: e-mail address, username, language and currency, app preferences, and the date you accepted the Terms.
- Approximate location: your device's time zone, which the app sends automatically, and the country you live in if you choose one in your profile. We use them only to work out your local date and time (for notifications and daily features) and to suggest which markets to follow; if you have not chosen a country, we estimate it from your time zone. The app never asks for location permission and never collects your precise location.
- Portfolio data you enter: the assets and quantities you track and, only if you choose to record them, purchase prices and transactions.
- Optional inputs: read-only exchange API keys (stored encrypted, used only to read balances), portfolio screenshots, images or documents attached in the in-app assistant and voice recordings (processed and not retained), and chat messages to the in-app assistant.
- Operational data: a push notification token if you enable notifications, your subscription and purchase status (never your card details), feedback you send, diagnostic logs with credentials stripped, and in-app usage limited to screen name, time spent, interaction counts and, on the web, page-speed timings.
- Website visits: the product's website, aisierinvest.com, runs no analytics scripts and sets no tracking or advertising cookies; the web app stores a single sign-in cookie once you sign in. Its standard access logs (IP address, browser, the page that sent you there, the page you opened and the time) are kept for 90 days; we use them for security and to count how many people visit, from which country and website, and which pages they read (the country is worked out from the IP address and only the totals are kept), never to identify you or to build a profile.
The app does not hold funds, execute trades or request withdrawal permissions on connected accounts. Its AI output is educational and is never investment advice.
Service providers
We use a small number of processors, which may handle data only on our instructions and for the purpose listed. The product policies list the providers each product uses; across the company today they are:

How long we keep data
- Account and product data: until you delete your account. Deletion is immediate and permanent in our live systems; copies in database backups are overwritten within 30 days.
- Diagnostic, service and website access logs: automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Screenshots, chat attachments and voice recordings: not retained; processed and discarded.
- E-mail correspondence: for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record.
Your rights
You can access, update, export and delete your data inside each app. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, object to or restrict how we use it, or complain to your local data protection authority. Write to privacy@aisier.ai and we will respond within 30 days. We will never charge you or degrade your service for exercising these rights.
International transfers
We are a US company and our servers and service providers may be located in the United States and other countries. Wherever your data is processed, the protections described in this policy apply.
Children
Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, write to privacy@aisier.ai and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are announced on this page and, for app users, in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
